These cookie bars are so delicious. Sometimes I replace the chocolate chips with holiday M&Ms to make them festive. Every recipe from her blog is simple to make and doesn't have a ton of ingridents. I usually end of pinning every recipe she posts.

Am I the only one who loves the side dishes more than the main course? If you ever need a wonderful side then here you go. These wrapped green beans are delicious!

KEEPER: Bacon-wrapped green beans. The brown sugar/garlic butter on top really did the trick. Well, and the bacon. Because, bacon.:

Favorite Snack

I am really addicted to these. So much so that I can only make them a few times a year because I'll eat the whole batch. I've never met anyone who didn't love these. What I really love is that they are each to adapt to your liking. I don't like them too hot so I make my portion of the batch with less red pepper. If you ever need a quick, simple, and cheap snack to bring then these are perfect.

As Jack grows older, I'm enjoying holidays even more. No matter how small the holiday, it is still fun finding little ways to celebrate. We are going to give this a try this year.
